Not at all. In our province (where it's always sunny and 30*C) we've done pay at the pump for a long time. That's why I don't get this guys issue. But they sure need to find him. Next time it won't likely be just a gas pump.

It struck a nerve as I had the displeasure of watching one of these melt downs in person,

Guy had no card and pre-paid $20.

The pump stopped at 19.97.

The attendant offered him a nickel in return but the guy lost it.

Off duty cop just happened to be at the other pump.

Cop told him told him to leave so it did not escalate after that.
