That was a dealer accessory bottle of washer solvent. You mixed it with water to add to the windshield washer reservoir. It snapped into a metal bracket under the hood, usually on the inner fender. I think 1969 was the last year for these but I cant say for sure. It would have been available on any GM vehicle that had windshield washers.

Ok thanks Paul
But what I was really asking was Canada and the US had different versions from year to year and models that got certain labels. They are usually distinguished by the number code on the bottle. I thought I knew most all the numbers and what make they were designated to but this one has a number I have never seen, also it has the extra mixing instructions label on the back side.

Sorry I misunderstood your post. This bottle may have been a parts department replacement. I remember that they were available in the 70s still. Probably long after they were being installed on new cars. I also havent seen that label before.

Very cool!  i too have never seen this example.  especially with the second instruction lable.  i would guess it is 1965 and/or later.

Any chance you could email me some some high res pics,  perhaps trying to center the camera angle so it is "straight on"   i would like to take a stab at reproducing it if possible.

Cool, thanks Lawrence the resolution is great.  if you have a chance to take some more pics from more of a straight on angle, that would make it easier to get the dimensions better in photoshop, but these will work too.  Thanks again
