I saw this car last fall at the Hershey swap meet but I didn't know the Barn Find guy owned it. It's certainly very rare.

The bidding seems to have slowed down a bit. Now at $25500 USD. I wonder what the reserve is? Upon reading the description it has had some underbody and frame repairs. That could seriously hurt the price on this car, but nice to see the seller is honest with the description.

Great car. My Dad since the 80s had 35, 37, 38, 39, 40, and 41 Fords, a truck, several 2 doors, and a convertible among them. No woodie wagons, all flatheads. Here locally there is a 36 woodie flathead, and a 48ish woodie with a Chevy 305 and 4 speed auto., otherwise totally stock. Ford had some great looking cars in these years.
