Commented on a Hemmings blog recently about 65 Pontiac 409's. A blogger (Corvairwild) owns 3 Chev 409's (all clones)

and mentioned wanting a 65 Pontiac 409 as 'maybe' one of none but I corrected that theory as I have experienced several.

I think Corvairwild is the guy who built 3 Corvairs with V8s, one a 409 dual quad. Its a blue 4 door, completely stock looking, and he used the Corvair drivetrain. Marv.

Are we sure that its the guy with the 409 corvair?  he was on poncho awhile back with a username, but i forget what it was

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.
