The frame doesn't seem the right size for a 67 Laurentian.

One thing I never understand in some adds is asking $xxxx.xx firm. Is the seller flexible on the price or not? To me asking means youre open to offers, where as firm is this is the price and if you dont want to pay that amount itll sit and rot.
