Steel Wheel Measurement - Help, please?

I'm looking to widen and quite possibly, reverse a steel wheel.

My inventory is deplete and a junkyard crawl is not an option at the moment... so, if you have a 15" x 7" or 15" x 8" steel wheel available, I'm asking for the inside diameter and the wheel's original application. (Bolt pattern and offset are not a factor as the center will be removed.) I simply need a "shell" I can source and repurpose.

Please help if you can, and please don't direct me to the aftermarket. (I know I can buy almost anything, which wholly defeats the purpose.)

Been there, done that.  You easiest way is to get two 15x8 corvette ralleys, and two wheels from an 85-90 full size chev sedan. NOT POLICE OR WAGON. I used Winnipeg wheel works to cut and weld mine.81273538-4EC7-43CF-9183-9A848594563A.jpeg

Are you wanting to use that 14" rally center in 15" wheel? If so your only option is a 15" x 7" Olds rally wheel. Olds didn't spend the $ to restamp their centers for 15" hoops, just made special 15" hoops with more drop to accept the 14" center.
Dodge dart guys love them, as they knock out the olds center and put their small Dart bolt pattern 14" center in them to have a "stock" looking 15" x 7" wheel.

 Late 70's - mid 80's, see them often on full size olds, with that odd  center cap like this

But I think any 15" x 7" olds wheel of this style works.
