Looking

Hey guys, been along time. The players car is just about finished. Interior, and decals and its done. how is everyone? Needed some time away. Looking for 2 cars. 64.5-66 mustang rag v8 auto and a 68-72 cutlass 442. Original cars not the auction caliber cars but honest drivers. I can post pics if someone reminds me how to. My son and I rebuilt the bird, 3 years into it for his 1st car. Hope you cats are all good

I was a rep for BFG when they brought the Tire Bird to Mosport for a shake down run when they were testing the Radial T/A. Back then the tire cord was rayon. Couldn't stay the whole day.....my boss might find out... but that was in my territory! ..

After you enter your text scroll down and you will see a section to upload the image. Once the image is in the text area you can click on the image to resize it... it will turn blue Draw one corner down till it fits

Away since November 2013! Things have changed around here, but just a bit.

Good stuff with your car resto!

I used to own a '68 442 convertible, one of the best cars I've ever owned. The Mustang, well, it's a F**D.biggrin

Welcome back!

Posting an image from your computer or cell phone.

Find the directory where your image is and upload it.

Once you have the image turn blue it may take 4 0r 5 diagonal strokes to get the image small enough that you can see the perimeter of the image.

Once you see the perimeter your almost there, continue by selecting the corners to get the image the size you want.

Click off the image and full color on returns

Laps completed ...you just passed the checkered flag!

Darryl, there's a 69 442 for sale in Summerside. It looks like a solid project

Hmm... are those factory red inner fenders/? Could this be a W-30?

sure enough, red inners indicate a W 30 although the bumper scoops seem to be  missing and the air cleaner should be a dual snorkel. I think its led a tough life

This is an A/C car and for some reason I thought in 69 the W30 cars couldn't be ordered with A/C? Or is that maybe just 4 speed W30 cars? Or am I just dreaming......

I believe you couldn't get AC with a W-32 but still trying to verify on a W-30. Power disk brakes were available however that got you a milder cam.

i believe you may be correct Carl. Supposedly no AC with the '69 W 30 How ever AC was available on the W 32 because of a milder cam

'68 has a nicer front end (in my opinion) than '69 because of the split headlights.

Nice car but no interior pictures (or description) as per a high percentage of car ads.no

I'd also want to see the trunk. These were "trunk rotters".

I like the '68s but have always liked the '69's better.  I like the split grille treatment better.
