This car has been in the Family since new. This car has been in the barn for 35 years and is all there. Will need to be restored but everything that this car had from Factory is there. The motor was rebuild and had 3000 km on it when grampa parked it 35 years ago and will most likely need to be torn down and new seals, ext. Not looking for much hope it can go to someone that will bring her back to life.

A rubber floor mat Strato Chief sans rear armrests, manual trans and a six. Remember rustic cars? I'll bet when that car is road-worthy it'll run quieter than an electric car except for the gear whine in lower gears. Powerglides are silent except for the whine in Park.

The price is more than fair. Here's the thing, I received a 1950 Johnson 5 for free, but I probably dropped $3500 into restoring it into a motor that might get $700. Let's hope that Strato Chief is solid, things can get rebuilt easily on simple cars such as this.

I have a 1953 25 hp Johnson twin for sale for a friend, all rebuilt. Have a bunch more too, newer and older, most not rebuilt.

I like those 61s, Pontiac and Chev.

That 61 would make a great yard car. Runs, moves and maybe never goes on the road, but sure looks nice on the trimmed grass.
