I have a spare 66 3875954 manifold for a 327 with what appear to be a couple of hairline cracks. One on the top and one on the bottom. Would this still be of any value?

I don't think it has any value, there's plenty around with no cracks.

I checked the casting #, 3875954 = 1966 4 bbl Rochester, 275 hp 327 with the AIR pump.
Casting date looks like A 31 6 = January 31 1966.

I didn't think they used the Quadrajets in 1966, but obviously I'm wrong.

Yes, there was a whole other thread about wheather or not they used them some time ago.  That kid for the feedback!

They are out there quite a bit,  i would just toss it.  cracks are rare in those things, so a replacement should be easy to come by.   The manifolds are plentiful, its the carbs to match that are hard to find.

Mating surfaces Look pretty pitted in the closeups. She's sat out at some point? Shame regardless.

 had it sent out from BC a few years back. Then had it acid dipped and powder coated. Then noticed the crack on top. Out it goes. Thx for the feedback gents...

One year only manifold too. Not sure what changed for '67 model year with 3905393 which is the '67 version.
