I believe the 1960 Ventura was a US Pontiac, but available in Canada by special order.  A friend of mine had a silver 2 door htp with the 389 / tri pwr. Was a serious contender at New Baltimore, Mich  and a few times at Detroit Dragway

 Those seats look like they were taken out of something from the 1980s, so if the seller had the original seats (like the original wheels that he still has), it might not be so bad, depending on their condition?  But the pics aren't great, so it's hard to tell what else has been done.
