67 Beaumont convertible at Winnipeg Sunday night portage avenue cruise

went for the first time ever this past Sunday

- it was an enjoyable night - perfect weather - there were probably about 50 or so 50-60s classics in the mix of cars - there were a lot of late model mustangs . challengers and vette but very few asian imports

Any this beaumont showed up - i can't recall seeing it at any shows

Got more pictures - i will try to load more when i have time

How/where does the Sunday night cruise happen? I was out with mine on Sunday but up to Lockport for a drive. Met a couple of beauties along the way

Winnipegs new spots for cruisin,  Westwood Princess Auto/ Tim Hortons ;(Muscle cars and classics). And North Main Tim Hortons /shoppers drug Mart( bikes, imports and 4x4s).

Anyone else feel free to add to this list.

I accessed it by going north down Kenaston and exiting on to portage - basically from that exit i merged on to Portage and was in the cruise headed east

From what I understand the starting point for many people is by the U of W

I don't know how far west they go but the car show at the Westwood princess auto would be a logical stop

If you just want to watch the cruise the Polo park parking lot is a good spot

We went at at about 7:45 and it is was pretty active

I heard there was something at the Northgate shopping centre on sunday ( this may have just been a one time thing)

Also the Dairy Queen on Sterling lyon parkway - this may be a meetup spot for people headed to the cruise -I stopped there first and saw a few car exiting and headed in that direction
