The Salesman's Desk kind of intrigues me. I wonder what it would have looked like?

What tachometer's were offered in 1965? And what vehicles had 1965 AM/FM radio options?

Very neat catalogue with some really hard to find info!

It also answers my question on the saleman's desk.  I had naively envisioned some big steel thing for the dealership with GM logos all over it.

I still wonder though, what is the actual difference between options and accessories?  I assume options were factory installed and accessories were sold and usually installed at the dealers.  Seems to be some overlap though.

Re options I remember about ten years ago in this forum someone posted the dealership MSRP price list for all base models and factory options for the 1966 Canadian Ponchos.  Very interesting reading and a fairly authoritative source on what was actually available.  I wonder if its still on here?

Neat book ... I'd like the '64 one as well as the '64 salesman's binder.

Oh, to walk into an old dealership with a retirement-age parts guy and well-stocked dusty shelves with numbers corresponding to the stuff in that catalogue. Can you imagine?
