That thing is so period-correct and state of the art for the year. Cool! This is one case where it is a snapshot in time. It has quality hardware. The Blazers were in their 2nd generation and were well thought-out.
Back in the mid-70's there were probably tons of cheap, nice mid-60's & even 50's Pontiacs around, too! Musclecars were experiencing a fire sale because of the oil crisis and could have been bought for CHEAP!

I remember seeing the episode where Dennis Collins (Gas Monkey affiliation) pulled this and another truck out of the garage they were stored in. Nice find. I may have to start changing my sights from finding old cars in fields, garages, and barns to include these type of vehicles. Theyre fetching high prices these days.

Wow! It was "only" at 40 this morning. Insane. Dennis Collins has the proverbial horseshoe you know where. The Crew Cab is coming up for auction soon. I kind of like it better than the Blazer
