Unless the undercarriage is completely rotted, it looks like more than a parts car to me.

1968 Beaumont. Posted in cars & vehicles, classic cars in Annapolis Valley. August 8, 2020. I would consider this a parts car. I have the papers. It starts and can be moved around the yard. A gold mine in parts if some one was redoing a Beaumont. It has ps and pb. And I have. 1969 SS chevelle that will be coming up for sale. It has a 396 M21 4 speed and a 12 bolt

You don't buy it to flip or to have delusions of making money on it, you buy it because you take pity on it. Once you save it and you drive it then you fall in love with it. Then you sell it but practically have to give it away.

That car doesn't look too bad but metalwork will be a given. After that it is a remove, wirewheel & paint on numerous original items.

I think for a stodgy original car like that all you can do is find the proper Beaumont wire caps with whitewalls, then capitalize on those D99 moldings by applying a Mod Top! I'll give you a sample:

looks like it needs bottom of fenders replaced,maybe some work on rockers and rear quarter bottoms.

I had messaged the seller when this ad first appeared, as a '68 Beaumont 4 door was my first car.  This is the response I received:

It has a bad spot in the frame by the steering box. It needs back brakes. It needs tires a muffler. I consider it a parts car

I'm not much for welding up frames these days and a frame replacement on a 4 door is a no-go for me.  I've had too many bad experiences with rust in my life to want to go there again.  I'll wait for a minty-fresh one to come along some day...
