Help finding rear control arm bushings

Hi guys

I usually get parts from Antique Chevrolet near Hamilton. Just spoke to them and due to customs issues they don't know when they'll be able to import parts.

Any suggestions for getting bushings (or even the control arm) would help. Although not an urgent job I'd like to get the parts before the winter.

Cheers, Leo

Rock Auto should have them. I also priced them last year at NAPA and they were available.

Thanks. I called NAPA but they only have front bushings for my car. Will try Rock Auto next week.

Something to watch for, is that on some of the cars the forward lower rear control arm bushing is a smaller diameter than all the other rear control arm bushings.

I used Moog K6075 bushings for both my 1970 Parisienne & 2+2 convertible. These should be available through local retailers.

I just looked at napacanada.com, here's their part #'s:
Large bushing which may be all 8 you require:
NCP 2674241 NAPA Chassis Parts $48.49 each These should be readily available, have your NAPA store double check.
PFC 105706 NAPA Proformer Chassis $28.99 each

Smaller bushing which may be used on the front of the lower control arm:
NCP 2674223 NAPA Chassis Parts $47.39 each

I know when I was in Montreal a couple years ago I spotted a couple Auto Value stores, give them a try.

Thank you Clint. One of the Auto Value franchisees are old friends and "my mechanics" but they don't have the parts in stock because there's a back order from the U.S.

Incidentally Scott at Antique Chevrolet left me a voice mail message, they have the bushings I need in stock, which was a surprise from what another person had said earlier.

As Clint says the Moog parts are available at parts retailers in Canada. I got mine through a local (non-chain) retailer, same Moog numbers that Clint mentioned.
