I heard about this a month ago-they first were planning a cruise night in Kitchener-got moved to Guelph then moved to Ancaster-over 500 cars-won't be any get togethers big or small if they start handing out fines-

What happens to a story when the media doesn't do their homework.......only a couple looked like they got it right.

SPECTATOR -   No charges laid at mega meet car rally in Ancaster

 Yup pull up a chair at any street corner and watch the cars drive by.I guess thats considered a car show 

with that junk .

5 huge house party's in Peel Friday night and charges "laid"!! So why not at this "illegal" gathering?? Only way Province is going to get these "Brain Dead" people to get the message [or as Ford called them " 10 Fries short of a Happy Meal"] Drop the hammer, $ 10,000 fine on organizers + $ 750 for each person who attended!!! This Covid 19 " CRAP" ain't over and spreading FAST

I see on news another "unorganized rolling car show in Wasaga Beach for 2 nights in a row!! OPP called in York & Peel Region Police for back up & many HTA tickets for vehicle violations but nothing said about Covid charges. Hundreds of people standing around "no masks, no distancing" From what I saw majority of cars were 'TUNERS" with the odd classic. Police shut down town to residents ONLY last night!!! Are these FOOLS " NUTS or BRAIN DEAD"????? Over 400 new cases each day for last 3 or 4 days!!!

700 new cases in Ont. today, so yeah I can understand the concern.  Especially when you think that today's new cases are mostly from exposures from up to 2 weeks ago.

The thing that ticks me off about this is that all car enthusiasts will get a black eye over it.   Even though it's mostly a bunch of 20-somethings in their tuner cars, the general public will look at us old car/hot rod enthusiasts in the same manner, like we're all a bunch of irresponsible idiots.
