As bad as that seems to us , clearly the property owner has been driven to the brink and has had to do this. Liability the way it is today is a serious risk to property owners and if they were turn a blind eye to the activity it is just the same as consent. Without a properly sanctioned event with proper liability insurance and controlled access no property owner should allow random activities of any kind on their property.

Stupid sign.Bad messaging.

Who's going to determine if a person is "Cruising" or "Loitering" ?

.....and who is going to enforce it ....the Police? Don't think so.

They will have a lot of lawsuits on their hands if they tow anyone's car with that sign.

I think it's the wrong message if they are trying to keep non customers out.

This is the sign and message  they should be giving.
