60's Ford 3 speed floor shifter and adapter plate.

My friends will all laugh at me when they see this.....I can't believe I am even doing this......I have no idea why I have it. Somewhere along the way I ended up with a Ford part on my shelves. According to the guys listing them on Ebay, this the adapter you need to mount a Hurst shifter onto a 4 speed in a 63-65 Comet or Falcon. Hurst Shifter Products #3640 adapter and the 3 special countersunk screws to mount it. On Ebay they are listed for anywhere from $30.00 - $45.00 US. So I am thinking $20 Canadian plus actual costs to mail it? It looks aluminum but it's not, it's heavy!

RE: 3640 Hurst Shifter Adapter---63-65 Falcon or Comet

Help identifying this shifter?

I have a box with a bunch of 4 speed shifters (and one 3 speed). I can identify almost all of them but this one has me stumped. Anyone?

I haven't gone online, I'm sure if I head to ebay someone will have one like it for sale but I'm hoping someone here knows for certain what it is.

I don't think it's GM. I'm betting maybe 60's Ford or Dodge?

Never mind, as I posted this, it suddenly hit me! I bet it goes with that mounting plate for the Ford that I posted here on a different ad! Went to ebay and sure enough, there's my shifter pictured! 60's Mustang, Cougar, Fairlane, Falcon and more his ad says!
