Nice manual - the embossed binder is a bit of retro art work in itself - has US and Canadian bulletins in it - neat book - great shape - has 1950s rochester carb id numbers

I was looking at a couple of these last year at the PDX swap meet;
I loved the binders more than the content.
If the price would have been better I would have taken them...
