Pretty sure this is the same car that was sitting in a driveway north of us for 10+ years, never moved.

Owner at that time was 'going to restore it' when I stopped by back in 2006......no

Have never seen it driving or at any of our local cruises.........cry

It's posted on the FB site.  My family's from that town, have friends (car knowledgeable) there that I could tap to check it out, if someone is seriously interested.  It's a couple of blocks from the seniors' residence our mother was in from '14-'18.

They mention "body needs to be restored"...one thing to bear in mind, Goderich is the primary source of industrial (read: "road") salt in the eastern part of North America, and the Town gets the shit for free, in exchange for prioritizing the road up the hill from the mine at the top of the snow clearance list, in season, so they are VERY generous in using the stuff.  My first car was a local '62 Bel Air, that was rotten up to the gunwales.  I spent a fortune (in Trudeau I era dollars) to have it patched up, but it eventually succumbed.  I suspect that old girl has a fair bit of sculpted bondo in the fenders and rockers.
