Pricewise it seems they can't be beat.

 

So my 15 Explorer sport suffered a seized passenger side stabilizer link in the fall. Went down to my local parts place and picked up a (better than OM)Moog replacement link. With Taxes, $102

Of course, the drivers side has now failed. So I though just to compare I'd tried rock Auto on the same part.

$45.76 CDN shipped. Placed the order. Now, it will take till next week to get it by FedEx, but how can the price be so much different?

Rock Auto buys inventory from parts retailers who have gone out of business. I suspect that's how they get such good pricing.

Too bad on the discount code. They have sent me my own code so have been using it. Received 2 shipments yesterday. One from New York and the other from Ohio. One was 8 days and the other 6 but both came together now. They were due to arrive on Monday next week. Quite amazing. The one ring gear I ordered wasn't even available through my transmission guy. He can now weld it up.

Just placed an order, used the code and got 15 bucks off. Yes, it's a small amount, but at least it's something.

Can't beat Rock Auto for price and delivery if they have what you need. That said, I still buy locally as much as is reasonably possible (by reasonably I mean not too much over the Rock Auto cost, say within 30%), as I get really good service from my local suppliers and they contribute to the economy so I don't want them to fail.
