Looking at a new ST

Looking to replace my 15 Sport (which I love), what do you GM guys think of these? I find them to be the perfect sized SUV with the ability to upgrade power if and when you have the funds..

I know it's the wrong brand for here, but opinions are welcome. Is there a GM that competes in this segment?

I know I love the look of them but found because the wife is going to be driving it 99% of the time a 2 litre turbo 237 hp has plenty of zip. The Caddy has a xt4 - 5 - and 6. At lease go try them Mark

I've seen a couple around here and they are really sharp. I worry about the reliability of these small, turbo engines though.

Dont know anything about them at all so cant comment,  but you will be mistaken for a cop car or radar enforcer(atleast thats what i see them use in this part of the country)

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

I have a 2012 F150 with the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo and no issues or problems with the power train. The engine will pull like no other gas engine that I ever owned.

GM products in comparison, .........I also have a 2017 Acadia with a 3.6 AWD and the 2017s and newer are actually smaller in size and 700 lbs lighter than the 2016 and older Acadia/Traverse. The fuel economy is remarkable for a vehicle this size and loaded up with gear, 3 ppl in the vehicle at 80 mph on the interstate can easily achieve 28 to 32 mph. Nice option with these GM's is that you can switch off the rear drive in summer. We like it.

I love the look of the Explorer but I think they are overpriced.

Listed at $65,000

For $67,000 you can get something to tow your toys around.

And make that Oakville guy jealous biggrin

Thats a good price for a new gen Tahoe. Kind of a stripper, but good value and would be a great traveler.

the 2021 Suburbans can be ordered with the 3 litre diesel now but they are priced crazy. when I was looking at the ST and the XT I have a customer in Burlington with employees that have one of each and they always seem to be parked side by side. both are the dark blues
