When I was a kid, there used to be an A&K here in the Halifax area as well.  I still recall the radio commercials for them, but didn't understand the double-entendre until I was older... lol.

Went to the Cape Breton location about 20 years ago on a road trip, and I'm happy to see they are still in business.

To go off on a tangent, here's a pic of a'66 Skylark model I built about 15 years ago.  I made the decals on the printer.
