The crank is a 6223 with 3/4 counterweights. The pistons are 68 396 std bore.

 Interesting,. I weighed my 427 piston/rod/rings assembly...

427

Piston/rings/pin assembly   930 grams

Piston/rings       assembly   776 grams

Piston only                         711 grams

Connecting rod only            835 grams

TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE PISTON ASSEMBLY WITH THE ROD IS 1765 GRAMS

I'd love to know the weights on each of those as well as the counterweight measurement Kevin, especially the 7115. Thanks!

I'm convinced there will be different weight 6223 cranks due to counterweight widths.

OK, here we go. 6223 forged crank from a 366 tall block balancing on a small piece of wood on our glass top bathroom scale is 70.2 lbs. I think its pretty accurate.

2nd counter weight width .778 and third counter weight is .756 wide.  The timing sprocket is still on the crank so that sprocket weight would need to be deducted.
