You couldn't be more wrong Dan. This country is beautiful figuratively and literally 365 days a year. smile

The best part of the Polar Vortex is at the top of that picture.

Nothing but clear sunny skies.

You don't have to shovel sun !

The Vortex pushes all the low pressure systems away.

Storm predicted for us today but because of that push of cold,

Maybe just Niagara region for Ontario.

I'm sure Todd would love to have that Vortex.

You and me both. If I lived in a place where it was always warm I'd never get anything done in my garage. I love being outside, plus all I'd ever do is drive my car, I'd never work on it! There's something soothing about being in the garage working on old car stuff when you know it's -30 outside.

Appears we are right on the edge of this Polar Vortex thing, LOL. 12 inches of snow since friday night.

But it will be all gone by friday and back to spring temp. Just need some rain to wash all the crap off the roads now.

Just a Normal winter out here.

We are supposed to have a messy mix tomorrow- 10-15cm of snow then ice pellets and freezing rain. It seems Tuesdays are storm days lately which kind of sucks as I'm on the road Tuesdays.

We are stuck right in the middle of this vortex...... To be honest, the cold doesn't really bother me ... Sunny everyday and the roads are dry pavement . All the storms are bypassing us here in Southern Manitoba. I've only had my snow blower out once this year , and that was about 3 months ago .
