Any idea how long the trunk seal is? I need 16 feet long.

Bill.

I could open it and measure it. What year are you looking for? I'm wondering if 60s and 70s would be the same.

a 'B' body trunk seal will be 17-18/ long (Metro). All GM trunk seals have the same profile '59 - 76'

Thanks for the info. I'll take the trunk weatherstrip. Please price shipping to 357 Biehn drive, Kitchener, Ontario, N2R 1C4.

OK, I will have to wait until Monday to get the postage cost for you, there is no post office open here on Saturday.

I was going to suggest that Rock Auto has it but I just checked, they are out of stock!

The rubber parts I got are from Metro Moulded Rubber. I think the trunk rubber might've been about $50 US and I priced it at half Canadian.

I'm wondering what the difference is between the Metro Molded TK 46-18 and the TK 46-E/18? I have the 46-18 which lists correct for my 65 Sedan and is 18'.

The "E" has no length listed. Is it shorter?

For fun, since I'm doing this right now, here's the difference between the OEM seal, and the Metro in profile. Metro is a great product no doubt, but appearance wise, it'll never be a match to the original. Probably more flexible and of a better foam though.

I'll try to remember to have a look and take a picture before I send it to a421cat.

the 'E' body cars were the Front wheel drive cars; Tornado, Riviera, Eldorado. The last 2 numbers of the P# indicate the length; so 18'

thanks Dale @ NOS
