Whish translates to the fourth week of April 1965 . In that year April started on a Thursday. Do they consider partial weeks or full ? So is the fourth week the 19th or 26th ?
From what I have seen, even if April 1st was Saturday, that would be 01D. Sunday April 2nd to Saturday April 8th would be 02D and so on. The way I've seen guys explain it, the new week starts Sunday, just like on a normal calendar. Hopefully I explained it in a way that makes sense.
