If in fact it is a new clutch and flywheel and the trans is good, the price is very reasonable.

Tranny can be expensive to rebuild tho. Even if you can do the labor, parts are expensive.

By the looks of the bellhousing I'd say it's a 10.5".   While it's cropped off in the photo, the starter bump doesn't appear to bulge out of the side like it should for 11".

You can count on having to rebuild it. And even doing it yourself gets pricy. All in all the price isn't unreasonable for everything, I think you'd be a 2 grand just for a well rebuilt M20.

Looks like the 168 tooth flywheel bellhousing but the 756 truck one that has the larger 5-1/8 hole in it.

Hole looks tight though? Id say it is a truck bell and big enough for a 168 tooth.

I'm not sure how well a Saginaw would get along with an L72!

Its definitely a square body truck bell housing and the flywheel and clutch is from the same truck by the dimensions in the picture (11 7/8 truck clutch disc). I have heard that these truck bell housings hit the tunnel on some cars.

That is way too much, I sold the rebuilt M21, rebuilt Hurst shifter and my brand new aluminum driveline out of my car for that.
