1968 Pontiac Parisienne 2+2

$3,000.00

Selling my project car. Its a 1968 Pontiac Parisienne 2+2 2 door hard top. 327ci engine, automatic transmission. No floor rot that has been seen very solid, has bondo in the rear quarters, hood has 2 rust holes in the typical spots. Interior needs a little bit of work but is 95% complete. Car does run and drive but will need some carb work and a tune up, it has had the master brake cylinder changed but the brakes still need to be bled. Power windows work so do the lights. Comes with a new fuel pump and an ignition cylinder with keys. Fuel pump loses prime over a few days but works. Very workable car and hard to find Canadian 2 door car. I also have a parts car that is a 68 2 door 327, runs but smokes bad has floor rot, and no interior. $3000 obo located in Ryley Alberta which is an hour east of Edmonton.

Sale pending..... This was a good deal . Console , buckets , PW etc... Those interior door 2+2 emblems are hard to find

 I know 68 Pontiac had a 327 2 barrel and we've discussed this before but I forget.  Could you get it in a 2+2? For some reason I have it in my head that the 2+2 didn't have a 2 barrel engine in 68, in any displacement.confuse

No ... I did not buy it .... but it did cross my mind. Turns out , I do have a car hauler driving right by where these 2 cars are located , this weekend .... , but adding 2 more is just too much to handle at this time ..

         The 210 hp 327 was the base engine in the 2+2, and the 200 hp 307 was available in the 68 Impala Super Sport.

Interesting. I don't think I've ever seen a 2 barrel 68 2+2. I had a 70 with a 350 2 barrel, found that one kind of odd. Especially since it also had a 12 bolt posi and disc brakes! Yes, of course it was green..........
