I agree, perfect sleeper except for the front fender markers. Be hard on those skinny tires though.

I had a musclecar magazine 30 years ago that had two 427 4 speed 4 door 65 or 66 Biscayne's featured. IIRC one was black and one was red.

 Would that be the red L72 4 door 66 you're thinking of? 3 of us guys went to the Musclecar Shootout in Youngstown Ohio in 1986 and that car was there. So cool............! One of one L72 4 door apparently.

I'm surprised at the claim of it being the only L78 4 door made, I would have thought that a number of Police Cars would have been spec'd with the big engine but I guess the cops went for the L35.
