this is a survivor car, never restored. Hagerty appraisal lists this as "average" condition. 50,000 miles it is not restored, it is not perfect, but it does run & drives very well. It is Driver quality, and a ton of fun to cruise around in.

please reach out to arrange a viewing as an interested buyer. Pricing will not be discussed without a viewing first, its only fair for you and me.

Yes, should be an easy sale if it's described accurately.

That car would be an absolute animal with those 3.90 gears! My dad had a 69 442, 400ci with 3.55 gears and a 4 speed, and it would pin you to the seat with no way of grabbing the dash until he lifted. The torque of those Olds engines is incredible.

This car looks great and is one of my personal favourite years of 442.

Question, does a car with that list of added aftermarket and performance equipment meet the Survivor moniker? I understand what he is saying but just wonder what the collective thinking is on a Survivor status here. No qualm with Unrestored moniker.

Agree on the favorite year for a '442' actually 66 and 67 but with the L78 option (tri-carbs) in 66.

The aftermarket stuff just adds to the 'day 2' definition these days.

If circumstances were different I might be calling you Ray so we could go look at it, very tempting.

Love it!  Agree that $20K seems very reasonable for today's market.  I wonder how rare the painted roof option was?
