I looked at the pictures, a lot of money for a car with a rotten frame. Its got serious problems over the rear axle.

 Yeah, I'd like to see what it looked like after a few good whacks with a ball peen hammer.  Or even a few pokes with a screwdriver. 

Seen lots of "undercoating" jobs like that over the years... put it on good and thick over the rotten areas, they'll never know the difference... furious

 Back in the eighties a guy brought a VW rabbit in for an inspection and the rocker panels were spray foam painted with  rocker panel coating. Because the rocker panel is considered structural on a unibody car it didnt pass!
