Could this be newer Pontiac. Im at an abandoned wrecking yard and there are some NOS parts in a shed. Just saw the emblem.

the first part looks to me like something a 1980's or maybe very late 1970's Paresienne might have... maybe on the hubcaps?

The second one, with it's six digit part number makes me think it's likely pre-1971

 Yeah I agree.  The only thing that surprised me a bit was it has some weight to it in that it has some substance to it.  Thought they may have been down the plastic road by then.
