Yes. The solar system is much larger than they use so they haven't paid an electric bill since they installed it.

Beautiful property Todd.  For that money you might get a 2 bedroom condo in an older building in Toronto?

I assume they have a plow as it looks like some kind of driveway to clear after a wet maritime snowfall.
