Looks nice

You cannot get anymore Canadian than this. I am thinking of selling my 1964 Acadian. This car was built in Canada in Ont. this car has a straight 6 engine and is almost original. It has been painted in the last 2 years but that it. The car needs nothing, it is plated and all ready for some Sunday driving. Serious inquiries only, located in Timberlea, asking $13,900 The car is MVI and has had a mechanical fitness done just last month.

I wonder if that's a later 250 swapped in. Has HEI as well.

The little bit I know about 6 cylinders makes me think the HEI and valve cover were added. I say that because I think that looks to be the original style manifold setup. Didn't the later ones (HEI era) look different?

Also I'd lose the gear shift knob but all that stuff is minor. The car sure looks to be in nice shape.

Yes, that shift knob is SO out of place!

 Looks like a drawer pull?

Not a fan of Brodie knobs in cars either, but it can be easily removed.

Otherwise, nice clean car.

Vintage glass door knob. I have about 10 of them.

So do you have a particularly nice one set aside for your '64?  Would look particularly striking on a console shift... LOL.

A early 1900's faux mahogany porcelain one.

I drilled out an 8-ball and put it on the turn signal stalk of my '75 Honda Civic ... does that count? It was too heavy, the car kept signalling right turn when I hit a bump.no

I dont think that the engine has been swapped. It still has the brace on top of the starter. Usually the brace is rarely reinstalled as a lot of rebuilt starters didnt have the correct field housing with the hole for the bracket. I doubt it would be there after an engine swap.
