1964 Parisienne, maybe original 409?


It appears to have the fuel" return line" coming off the fuel filter which is "correct" for a 9 er!! Can't see the firewall on left side but should have a ballast resister there too as 409 used these and all others had the resister wire in harness to coil!!

 I enlarged the picture to get a better look at the coil and it appears to only have one wire on the + post. Didnt small block cars have two wires on the + post? The resistance wire and the resistor bypass wire crimped into a common terminal? Not proof for sure, but its looking like it could be a 409 car.
