 I used to see places close to that in Toronto during my 25 year stint there, but not with that much litter. Since moving to PEI I haven't seen anything like that.

I have to say that as a hockey coach road trips to Detroit were terrifying in the past number of years and I am happy I retired and don't go there anymore. They do have good hockey teams there though and the games were always tough.

I also have lived in Toronto for over 60 years and would like to know where these neighbourhoods are in Toronto. I've never seen any like this.

Spadina Chinatown area side streets come to mind.

 I get what you are saying now.

Except this Chinatown house is currently for sale in Toronto, only $2.5 million on Grange Avenue.
