A friend of mine had a large deck above his garage but attached to his house. He had 2x12 rafters on 12 inch centers and he would store his hubmobile up there during the winter. The deck had a roof over it and was about the height shown with this Corvette. He had a buddy that was a roofer and had a scissor lift deck that lifted up about 15 feet. Worked pretty slick. One removable side of handrail and they just drove the hubmobile onto the deck. You could see the car from the road and people always wondered how the heck the car ended up there.

I went there years ago. Same as the Spoke Wheel Car Museum on PEI.
