Bumper is the same but the mounting holes are outboard by about 1 1/2 " from centre on each side. Not sure if the brackets are the same but should be close.
Not sure is you're looking for a mint one but I have a 63 Parisienne rear with brackets on it but it needs to be straightened and a rechrome. It's not really bad. No back up lights. I suppose the holes could be moved over if needed. Not sure where you live but I don't want anything for it. I could send pics if you pm me.
