RE: Added to my 64 parts inventory today.

Unless you are willing to dedicate a lot of space and time to gathering every part you can find, you are probably better off just getting the stuff that people want.  Otherwise you end up with a warehouse full of stuff that you will probably never use.  From someone who has hoarding tendencies, and has suffered the consequences of now figuring out what to do with all this stuff I've collected over the years, I think you are doing this right.

Just my 2 cents.

Ya, those greasable upper a arms are canadian only i always save them.   Same with the 1964 specific adjustable rear control arms with the Cam washers. And i always like to keep the gigantic canadian only heater core, as well as the one year only 64 front door hinges.  it always amazes me how many unique things are on the 64's that changed in 65.

doesnt look like you took very much.  when i strip a parts car i take everything!biggrin

What's the story on this one?  From the look of the old, old tires, and the general completeness of it, the car looks like a low mile survivor that suffered years of neglect from being left outside.  Also looks like it was hit on the left front at some time in its past.

Very Old pic of a parts car. Ya too bad. The mice piss was so corrosive the sun visors fell out of the roof. Saved everything for my wagon

Yikes!  Definitely looks like it was a great source of parts, though!  smile
