My right hand rocker really needs both inner and outer replacing. Does anyone make these panels or will the Impala two piece kit fit? Obviously needs to be be for the convertible or at least the two door models.
Im not a 64 guy but the floors and rockers on your should be the same as a Chevy. Same on all models whether 2 door or 4 door, convertible or otherwise. On the 4 door, the sill just has a few mods for the post to be welded. How bad are your parts? Pictures? Ill post some pics of a 62 Chevy 4 door that is being modified to be a 2 door.

Wow! Didn't realize prices on early Impalas had gone up so much that converting 4D sedans to 2D htps had become feasible!
The guy who owned the impala had done a 62 bubbletop from a 4 door before, a 2 door 58 wagon, and a 2 door 63 wagon. He owned a very very rusty 62 impala and the 62 4 door was real solid. He did that conversion in a few days, I dont know if the car is done yet.

Looks like my body man will have to fabricate the rocker. Although I can buy it (inner and outer) for US$225, by the time it gets here it's $1100...........................

If you'd like any pics of good rockers, let me know. I have some of the 62 and my 63, they are original with no holes. Also have some of floor braces. I think I have a CAD pic drawing of the profile of one here somewhere. Crawl under yours and check for holes, email me some pics of anything you'd like details from.
