Crazy as it sounds, I'm betting a guy who knows how to pull could have this thing looking pretty good before starting to fix it.

If it's a solid car, floors, frame etc. there's still some value in it.

I'm not a body man but I've seen some pretty amazing saves when guys who know where and how to pull on a frame get things back in shape.

 Quebec does not have salvage title, if I'm correct.

I've seen lots of Ontario "write offs" go to Quebec to be repaired, especially high end stuff, Bmw, MercBenz.
