Not a great ad but wow is that a nice car. Can't come close to restoring one for that price. Looks like it has tinted glass. 

I'm not liking the aftermarket antenna but that sure wouldn't stop me from buying the car!

 Yes, in B body with that's all they had for a 396 until the 2 barrel version in 1969.
