Let's hope there is a vehicle in the future for the Canadian plant that currently builds that car.

My guess is that the whole platform will be cancelled.

Chrysler 300 and the Challenger.

don't be surprised the Challenger stays in some form.  Apparently they can't build them fast enough ?

Totally agree.  Like them much much better than the Camaros.  In saying that I would buy a Camaro if the price was right but would prefer the mopar.

I don't mind the Hellcat version of the Charger.

I saw on news last night about this. Brampton plant was scheduled to start building EV's But Chrysler's head office in US has announced that Ev production will be moved to Illinois' due to Biden's rebate program & Brampton will likely be shut down with 3000 workers GONE!! Nothing in the "pipe" for production!! Flash back to Oshawa GM plant???? No sense building EV's in Canada when you can't export them to US & most people here in "CANUKISTAN" can't afford them. Premier Ford said last week he will not bring back rebates to finance "the rich" to buy these EV's on the backs of tax payers that can't even afford to buy a "USED" vehicle!!!!

Of the current crop of "pony" cars, I like  Challenger > Mustang > Camaro.

That said, the Challenger is also the biggest and heaviest of the group, and around here the most expensive.  Ever since the 'retro' cars came out in the mid to late 2000s, I found the Challenger and Mustang to look more like the classics they were supposed to represent, and the Camaro kinda looked like a cartoon version - more exaggerated than the rest - but still not bad.  The Camaro was hellish to see out of, though, with its tiny quarter window area and large C-pillars.  I would be happy to have any of them.

Regarding the actual subject of this thread, the Charger, I've always liked them.  There was a contingent of internet detractors on Mopar sites who hated them because in their minds a Charger should be a 2 door, but I always liked the fact that they (and the 300) were the only retro-ish sedans on the market.  Too bad they are seeing the end of the line, but in reality the LX platform has been around since 2004 (as the 2005 Magnum) and the Charger since model year 2006 so it's amazing its lasted this long, especially given that the industry seems to think that everybody wants to drive a truck or an SUV these days.

Apparently police departments are looking strongly at Tesla. Good for recharging your taser?
