My Wife was sending some gifts (picture puzzles) out west. She had them packaged in small boxes. The woman at Canada Post said it would be cheaper to send each one in a prepaid box. So she slipped the smaller boxes into prepaid boxes and sent them cheaper.confuseMakes no sense?confuse

USPS has been using a similar program for years . Much, much cheaper too. At least Canada Post is catching up with the times
