No that's great! I was just extrapolating from my own tax bill. Sounds like a sweet spot.

 I'm just over 1 mill, but my taxes were 3300.00 last year and then add on Jordan River and I'm about 4 G. Hate to see what this years will be.  Talk about ridiculous : here on the Island prices have gone nuts!  Bought 2 years ago in Jordan River for around 200 g, could sell for 650-700 g easy. They put in a 12 lot subdivision on my road,  2 1/2 acre lots selling for 550-650 untouched. No driveway or clearing.  This one across the road from me just sold (asking was 699g)       Like I said....crazy!!

 Hey Jim. My taxes were $2500 net after both grants. Im an old guy remember?

Morden Mb would get you a nice new modest bugalow with lot for 444 K. But, this number would be out the window for provinces such as BC or Ont.
