I would think there are a few in Lake Ontario between Wolfe Island and Kingston. Lots of people drove across the ice to Wolfe Island up until the late 70s or early 80s. Sadly some people didnt make it and went through the ice and were unable to escape. Some people drove across with the doors open so they could bail out if the car went through.

 Always wondered do you fillet the ice or steak it when you prepare it?
