It could be. The 65 console handle is not the same as the 66-67 console handle. Seems to me it's like 6* difference in the angle and the bend is higher up on one than the other. Also, he is missing two of the rods and finding those separate is not easy or cheap. The main body of the shifter is the same as Chevelle and Nova, 64-67 so it's not super tough to find. I can't tell if the reverse rod is right but to me it almost looks too short to be the unique B body reverse rod. I might be wrong though.
