This is the first I have seen this scam but maybe you have.

Bank notification on my wife's phone

Your ********(her bank) card starting with the first 6 digits 123456 is locked.

Please respond "Y" to unlock it.

Took my wife to the bank and they explained,

Every back card this bank has ever offered has the same first 6 digits 

I wonder how many people are going to get sucked in by this one ?
