Needs buffing. Jacked up like that, the body may be dry and rust free underneath .

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

It was on a jeep chassis so probably had a jeep setup. The jeep stuff would be worth the $1500.
